The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. But she started competing in 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. The finish she achieved was 9th for 2015. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha started to get better and was able to achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS Rising-Phoenix performance in which she finished 4th. The "World's toughest mother" needed to rest because of her health.
